Privacy Policy

When an approved admin signs in with Google, OtaskuHub may receive basic account information needed for authentication, such as email address and account identifier. The app also stores operational data entered or sent to it, such as app registry records, event logs, and LLM usage records.

Information is used to authenticate admins, restrict dashboard access, display operational metrics, and maintain app monitoring records. OtaskuHub does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

OtaskuHub uses Google OAuth for sign-in and Supabase for authentication/session handling. Hosting, database, or infrastructure providers may process data only as needed to run the app.

OtaskuHub is operated as a private admin tool. To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with an admin account, contact the app operator using the developer contact shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.

Access is limited to approved admin email addresses. No system can guarantee absolute security, but the app is designed to minimize public exposure and keep administrative access restricted.
